The poles are available in two sizes:
Size 1: Adjustable from 90 to 110 CM (ideal if you're up to 1M65)
Size 2: Adjustable from 110 to 130 CM (ideal if you're over 1M65)

To calculate your ideal stick size, simply apply this calculation:
Your height in cm X 0.68
For example, if you're 1M55, the calculation would be:
155 X 0.68 = 105.4 cm
So you'll need a pole adjustable to 105 CM (Size 1)
