Shipping Options
Before confirming the Order, the Company provides the Customer with details about the available delivery options and their associated costs. Once the Customer selects a delivery method, the Company shares an estimated delivery timeframe.
The Company strives to deliver the Product(s) on or before the scheduled delivery date. Should any issues arise, the Company commits to promptly informing the Customer and working with them to find an appropriate resolution.
The cost of air transport, shipping, and/or delivery of the Product(s) (referred to as "Delivery Costs") will be borne entirely by the Customer. These charges are included in the total price presented to the Customer during the Order process.
Based on the Customer's selection, delivery will be made either to the address they provide or, if applicable, to a designated pickup location chosen from an available list. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery details provided. The Company is not liable for delivery failures caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 2 PM, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the following business day. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped from our warehouse on the next business day (typically Monday).
Delivery Address & Restrictions
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot make changes once it has been submitted. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Your order may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential fees, as we cannot provide estimates for these costs.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can use this information to track your package on the shipping carrier's website.
Product Receipt
Upon receiving the Product, the Customer must verify that it is complete and undamaged. If any issues are identified, the Customer must notify the Company's Customer Service within three days of receipt (excluding public holidays). Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
