Return and Refund Policy

  • Right of Return and Refund

    • Customers have the right to cancel their purchase without providing a reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day they receive their order. For orders containing multiple products, the withdrawal period starts from the day the final item is delivered.


    If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the specified period, the full purchase price of the product(s) and the shipping costs will be reimbursed. However, the cost of returning the items will be the sole responsibility of the customer.



  • Exceptions to the Right of Return and Refund


    • The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:


    • Goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the seller's control during the withdrawal period.
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Products that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
    • Goods unsealed by the customer after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
    • Items that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
    • Alcoholic beverages scheduled for delivery beyond 30 days, whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller's control.
    • Urgent repair or maintenance work explicitly requested by the customer, limited to necessary parts and labor for addressing the emergency.
    • Audio, video recordings, or software unsealed by the customer after delivery.
    • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
    • Purchases made during public auctions.


  • Exercising the Right of Return and Refund

    • To withdraw, customers must notify the company of their decision within the 14-day withdrawal period. This can be done by completing the withdrawal form provided below or by submitting a clear statement expressing their intention to withdraw.

  • Return and Refund Instructions

    • Customers must return the product(s) within 14 days from the date of withdrawal notification. The product(s) must be in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories, instructions, and any other included items, to ensure they can be resold. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


    If the returned items are found to be opened, used, incomplete, damaged, or soiled, the company reserves the right to refuse reimbursement and may hold the customer accountable for the product's depreciation.



  • Return and Refund Process

    • Upon receipt of the returned product(s) in their original condition and in accordance with legal requirements, the company will reimburse the customer for all amounts paid, including delivery fees. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the withdrawal notification, unless the product is returned after this period. In such cases, the refund will be issued only after the company has received and inspected the returned items.


    Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless the customer explicitly agrees to a different method. Payments made via gift vouchers or promotional codes will be reimbursed using equivalent vouchers or codes of the same value.
