The poles are available in two sizes:
Size 1: Adjustable from 90 to 110 CM (ideal if you measure up to 1M65)
Size 2: Adjustable from 110 to 130 CM (ideal if you are taller than 1M65)

To calculate your ideal pole size, simply apply this calculation:
Your height in cm X 0.68
For example, if you are 1.55m tall, the calculation will give:
155 X 0.68 = 105.4 cm
You will therefore need to take a stick adjustable to 105 CM (Size 1)
